1. Overview & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of software engineering, web development, mobile application development, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and AI automation services by Wavonyx, located at Cantt Plaza, Shop # 38-B, Mardan, KPK, Pakistan. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Unless otherwise specified in a formal Statement of Work (SOW), upon receipt of full milestone payment, Wavonyx transfers 100% of custom-developed source code, application architectures, and design assets to the client. Wavonyx retains no rights to proprietary client data, business logic, or customer information.
3. Project Scope, Milestones & Payment
Projects are executed based on mutually agreed written specifications divided into sprint milestones. Changes outside the defined scope will be evaluated and quoted as separate change requests to maintain delivery schedules.
4. Warranty & Support Period
Wavonyx provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period for all custom software and POS implementations to resolve any unexpected defects or bugs conforming to the agreed specifications, free of additional charge.
